Regular Physiotherapy assessment & treatment - $120.00
Physiotherapy assessment plus Shockwave treatment - $165.00
Concussion/Vestibular assessment & treatment - $135.00

Follow-up
Regular physiotherapy - $95

Shockwave only (**must have assessment first) - $60

Shockwave added to regular treatment - $45

Concussion/Vestibular treatment or multiple area/prolonged treatment - $110.00

Follow-up appointments are between 20-30 minutes or 40 minutes if vestibular or multiple areas.  Your appointment time is a private, one-on-one session with a registered physiotherapist (please note you are may be in the clinic for approx. 40-60 minutes). The assessment fee may be reapplied if a period of 3 months or longer occurs between visits (please call for clarification). GST is not applicable to physiotherapy.

Massage

30 minute massage: $65 plus GST

45 minute massage: $80 plus GST

60 minute massage: $100 plus GST

90 minute massage: $140 plus GST

Payment: At Cochrane Physiotherapy Clinic we have tried to accommodate as many payment options as possible. We accept: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cheque Payment is due after each treatment session. We are able to direct bill many insurance providers, please inquire with our reception for more information.  Note: some private insurers still require a Dr’s referral for Physiotherapy in order for you to claim back. Please check with your provider.

WCB and AHS patients are not responsible for payment if their claims are accepted.

Appointment Times: It is recommended to book appointments in advance if you wish to come at a time suitable to you. Please advise reception staff if you require a certain time of day, so they may book you in with the staff that work during those hours. Please be prompt for your appointment. If you are too late, you may not be able to be seen and will have to rebook. We appreciate that there are times when the clinic is running a little late – this will not effect the treatment you have with your therapist.
